The Sioux Lookout Meno Ya Win Health Centre is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic individual to handle a fast-paced office environment maintaining high professional standards and confidentiality. This role demands multitasking capabilities such as greeting clients, booking appointments, data entry and working within a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications:
Grade 12 diploma or GED required.Certificate or diploma in secretarial studies, business administration or equivalent preferred.Minimum two years prior related clerical experience required or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.Minimum of 60+ wpm an asset.Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, and independently.Strong judgement and discretion in handling sensitive client information and situations.<...
