Summary
The Client Advisor delivers the Tiffany Experience in every client interaction, acting as a brand ambassador and building lasting client relationships. This role focuses on driving sales through clienteling, appointments, and exceptional service while meeting monthly and quarterly commercial targets. The position requires an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for luxury retail.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deepen client relationships to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets.
- Capture and maintain client data, cultivate new and existing client relationships, and convert leads through appointments and discovery.
- Deliver elevated in-store experiences and hospitality, leveraging feedback and NPS to enhance service.
- Promote key product pillars and style clients to connect merchandise with their wardrobe.
