Summary
Deliver an elevated in-store client experience and act as a brand ambassador at the Royalmount location. Build and deepen client relationships through personalized service and clienteling while driving sales to meet store commercial targets. Use curiosity and product knowledge to convert clients and support long‑term loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Engage clients using the Tiffany service approach and cultivate repeat business through relationship building and follow-up.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by converting clients and promoting key product pillars.
- Capture and maintain client data in CRM systems to grow outreach and client development activities.
- Create memorable in‑store experiences, optimize hospitality and store amenities, and act on client feedback and NPS performance.
