Summary
Deliver the Tiffany experience by embodying the brand and creating memorable client interactions. Build and deepen client relationships through personalized service, clienteling, and discovery to drive loyalty and repeat business. Consistently work to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while representing the brand with professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional in-store service and the Tiffany touch during every client interaction.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, capture client data, and drive outreach to grow repeat and referral business.
- Achieve or exceed individual and store commercial targets by converting appointments and sales opportunities.
- Use clienteling to plan and execute appointments, style clients, and promote key product pillars.
