Role Overview
Seeking Client Engagement Manager that will play a critical client facing role responsible for onboarding new clients, delivering compelling presentations, and supporting the sales team in closing deals. You will serve as the bridge between prospect interest, client activation and retention, ensuring every new client experiences the full power of our platform from day one. This role combines consultative selling skills with a deep understanding of our platform to accelerate time to value for every client.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Activation: Lead the end to end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition from signed agreement to platform activation.
