Producerflow is Agentero's SaaS platform for insurance carriers and MGAs. We handle the full producer lifecycle - onboarding, compliance, licensing, appointments, and reporting - for clients including some of the largest insurance companies and Agencies in the US.
What we are looking for:
We're hiring a Client Operations Analyst to join the Producerflow’s Business Operations team. You'll own the execution side of our client operations: running data imports, generating recurring reports, supporting day-to-day client requests, and keeping producer records clean and accurate across our platform.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on autonomy. You won't be handed a daily task list - you'll need to actively seek out work, identify what needs to be done across clients and systems, and drive it forward without waiting for instructions. You...
