Responsibilities
- Oversee the global fulfillment ecosystem for Cisco’s Demo Loan Services (DLS), ensuring high-precision delivery of equipment to support critical sales cycles.
- Govern our third-party provider network by enforcing contractual KPIs and operational standards to maintain service excellence across the distribution chain.
- Drive the evolution of our distribution models by identifying and implementing scalable process improvements that optimize cost‑control and operational efficiency.
- Manage service‑related expenditures to ensure full alignment with Cisco’s internal financial and compliance policies.
