Job Description
Ultimate Jet Vacations Client Success Manager is responsible for onboarding new clients as well as overseeing the existing client base within the luxury travel industry. The target goal is to encourage agencies to continually utilize our services by emphasizing the value‑add our company brings to theirs. Success will be measured by increased booking traction of their accounts.
Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients to the business by creating a client profile within the internal database
- Remain in constant communication with clients to ensure they are consistently reminded of our company offerings
- Determine which clients are in need of additional support by examining their needs & requests
- Lead recurring account analysis meetings with each client to review booking count and total profit sold
