Support the mental health community as a Clinical Counsellor in Fraser Health’s Primary Care Network. This role is crucial for guiding clients through their mental health journeys remotely and onsite.
You will assess client needs, implement treatment plans, and provide ongoing support to individuals with mental health and substance use challenges. Working in tandem with local health professionals, you will help facilitate smooth transitions between different levels of care, ensuring comprehensive client advocacy and education.
