Purpose: Provide expert clinical education, consultation, and change management to enable safe, effective adoption of the company's medical devices across care settings (e.g., ostomy, continence and critical care).
Partner with customers and internal teams to design and deliver evidence‐based education, support product evaluations and conversions, and elevate clinical outcomes and user experience.
Gather voice‐of‐customer insights to inform product improvements, market development, and training content.
Operate as a trusted clinical resource while upholding professional standards, regulatory requirements, and a strong focus on equitable, inclusive care.
