About the Role
The Clinical Nurse consultant role provides specialist palliative assessment and care to patients admitted to our service. The role encompasses the timely referral of patients to inpatient palliative care units, including Caritas Christi. It is essential to have highly developed interpersonal, time management and communication skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and with the multidisciplinary team.- Assessing and reviewing patients to ensure they are appropriate for palliative care services Assessing patient care needs and family care needs
