An excellent opportunity is available for an enthusiastic Clinical Nurse Educator to lead, inspire and grow the next generation of mental health nurses at a private hospital in Melbourne. This role is integral to building a sustainable and highly skilled mental health workforce. ABOUT THE ROLE Your responsibilities will include: Leading and coordinating education, training, and professional development across Mental Health Services;
Supporting graduate nurses, new staff, and students through orientation, supervision, and competency development;
Promoting evidence-based practice and contemporary mental health care;
Driving mandatory training compliance and competency frameworks;
Partnering with Nurse Unit Managers and the leadership team to identify learning needs and workforce capability gaps;
Providing clinical leadership, support, and role modelling to nursing staff;
