<p><strong>Purpose of the Role:</strong></p>
<p>The purpose of this post is to deliver care in line with the five core concepts of the role set out in the Framework for the Establishment of Clinical Nurse Specialist Posts, 4th edition, National Council for the Professional Development of Nursing and Midwifery (NCNM) 2008</p>
<p><strong>Caseload</strong> e.g. Children - under 16 years of age. The CNM2 will focus initially on the following patient groups: haematology.</p>
<p>The post holder will be responsible for the management and co-ordination of care for a defined cohort of children within the National Centre for Paediatric Haematology service inclusive of haematopoietic stem cell transplant (HSCT).</p>
