Enhanced Supportive Care (ESC) is a clinical model that integrates palliative careprinciples early in a cancer diagnosis. It aims to shift the focus away from terminal care - helping patients manage cancer and treatment related symptoms and improve their quality of life alongside active oncology care.The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care to people living with cancer and complex supportive care needs.
