Responsibilities
- Support efficient daily clinical operations in service areas, including overseeing referral flow, leading case conferences, team huddles and resource allocation.
- Scheduling and coordination of all staff & physicians.
- Coordination and standardization of clinic processes.
- Engagement with internal and external partners to ensure ongoing evaluation and continued streamlining of coordinated access to services across the Toronto Region.
- Support of the ongoing expansion and optimization of the services through continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Coordination and management of the rollout of corporate initiatives across programs.
- Oversight of all technical and digital systems and infrastructure.
- Support of the ongoing strategic priorities of all teams.
