In this role, you will provide clinical care, medication reviews, and oversight while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Your expertise in addiction medicine will be invaluable as we grow our services for vulnerable populations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical care and oversee services in pharmacy
• Conduct minor ailment assessments and MedsChecks
• Administer injections as part of patient care
• Support addiction and withdrawal management programs
• Collaborate with integrated NP-led clinics
