Job Purpose
Reporting to the Pharmacy Manager, the Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for supporting professional services for patients visiting the pharmacy care clinic. The Clinical Pharmacist works with the healthcare team to provide prescribing services, point of care testing, comprehensive medication reviews, deliver educational activities and promotes pharmacy initiatives in order to achieve desired health outcomes.

Principal Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee operations of Pharmacy Care Clinic
- Complete Patient assessments and if needed prescribe new medications/extend existing medications
- Travel Health Consultations
- Chronic Disease Management
- Conduct Patient Medication Reviews on an Annual basis and complete follow ups where required
