Job Description
Overview
This position combines direct psychological service delivery (3-4 days per week) with a leadership role (1-2 days per week equivalent) overseeing and developing a dynamic team of mental health professionals in Ontario. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with the provincial operations manager to uphold standards, facilitate new staff onboarding, ensure quality control and outcomes, and provide clinical mentorship and professional development within the mental health team. Additionally, the role involves partnership with other regional clinical leads and the national mental health leadership team on wide-reaching mental health initiatives.
