Key Responsibilities: Service
- Address patients with psychological, emotional, behavioural and mental health issues.
- Identify and Diagnose emotional, behavioural, psychological and mental health disorders.
- Counsel patients with emotional and psychological issues.
- Define treatment plans for patients.
- Implement various treatment plans and psychotherapeutic interventions to improve patient outcomes.
- Perform psychological interventions through various treatment strategies.
- Follow up with patients during and post treatment.
- Monitor patients response to treatment and progress following counselling.
- Collaboration with other medical disciplines to ensure overall health improvement of the patient.
- Provide grief counselling/ bereavement counselling to patients relatives.
- Any other responsibility as assigned by the organization on the need basis
