Overview
Leads and is accountable for the design, delivery, and operational excellence of Modern Workplace, Endpoint Management, Office 365, and Cloud Platform services. Serves as the senior technical authority across Intune / Endpoint Manager, Azure and Entra ID, device lifecycle management, and platform reliability. Partners closely with Architecture, Security, and Operations teams to ensure stable, scalable, and secure production services aligned to enterprise standards and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own operational excellence for all managed cloud and End User Computing (EUC) services, including incident, problem, and change management practices. Ensure effective change risk identification, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement to maintain platform reliability and service stability.
