Oversee end-to-end business operations and strategic development for all units within the assigned geographical cluster. Achieve and exceed cluster revenue, profitability, and market share targets. Develop and implement business strategies, sales plans, and marketing initiatives tailored to local market conditions. Recruit, train, mentor, and lead Business Unit Managers and their teams. Monitor KPIs, analyze market trends, and implement corrective actions to ensure business growth.
