Typical Day in Role
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow® CMDB and Discovery modules.
- Oversee data quality for hardware and software assets, ensuring accurate lifecycle, ownership, and relationship information.
- Conduct configuration audits and work with Technical Service Owners to remediate discrepancies and improve processes.
- Build and maintain CI relationships by collaborating with SMEs and Service Owners.
- Support the creation and maintenance of Configuration Management Plans.
- Work with Change Management to identify CI impacts resulting from planned changes.
- Lead or assist with CMDB data analysis, monitoring, and reporting.
