Essential Duties and Responsibilities
+ Provides for resident's personal hygiene and daily living according to nursing standards of care and documents appropriately. This may include providing and clearing bedpans and urinals, providing baths, backrubs, shampoos and shaves, and assisting patients with showers. Assists with meals and feeds patients. Ambulates, turns and positions patients. Provides fresh water and nourishment between meals.
+ Assists with resident discharge, transfer or admission following established procedures.
+ Consults with and keeps staff nurse informed of change in resident's condition as soon as possible.
+ Anticipates and responds to resident's needs promptly.
+ Maintains resident's rights to confidentiality, privacy, fair treatment and the right to refuse treatment.
+ Completes all CEU’s as required by respective licensure. If licensed...
