The role of our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) is crucial to the life of our community. These caregivers assist senior residents with direct care needs while helping to maintain a safe and healthy environment. These caregivers get to know residents on a personal level and will alert management when a resident's needs change. CNAs must be dedicated, compassionate, and respectful.
