**9-Hour Workday; Earliest Start Time 6:00 AM**
**Responsibilities:**
+ Write and edit the majority of machine programs and codes independently
+ Perform all machine set-ups without assistance
+ Calculate necessary speeds and feeds for various operations
+ Consistently produce high-quality parts according to specifications
+ Meet or exceed routed production times
+ Identify errors quickly and communicate issues to the supervisor
+ Set up and operate multiple machines when possible
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area; notify management of maintenance needs
