CNC MACHINIST
SHEFFIELD
UP TO £36,870 DOE (INCLUDING SHIFT ALLOWANCE)
SHIFT PATTERN:
2 Shift Pattern
Days: Monday to Thursday, 06:00 - 15:15
Afters: Monday to Thursday, 15:00 - 00:30
Progress Rail Services UK is looking to recruit a CNC Machinist to operate CNC Milling Machines and produce machined components to the production plan, in a safe and efficient manner, within the planned production time and to the required quality.
THE ROLE:
As a CNC Machinist you will be required to:
Operate CNC milling machines.
Accurately follow route card instructions SOP and reading of engineering drawings.
Use of Dial test indicator (DTI) clock for probing and setting up the job.
Identify and load the correct NC program and tooling for the parts to be machined.
Use of overhead cranes will be required. Crane training would be an advantage, but training will be provided.
Inspect products either on completion of machining ...
