Overview We are seeking a CNC Programmer with strong Mastercam experience to support the production of composite and tooling parts . This is a hands-on, production-driven role focused on creating accurate, efficient, and reliable toolpaths for 3-axis CNC machines . The ideal candidate can take existing geometry and turn it into clean, machine-ready programs with minimal supervision. Accuracy, consistency, and efficiency are critical. This role works closely with machine operators to ensure successful execution on the shop floor. Key Responsibilities Program CNC toolpaths using Mastercam (3-axis machining) Work with 2D and 3D geometry to develop effective machining strategies Create and optimize toolpaths, including: 2D pocketing and contouring 3D roughing Scallop finishing Select and apply appropriate speeds and feeds for common tooling and materials Review, clean up, and prepare CAD files prior to programming Output machine-ready code and verify toolpaths before production Communicate...
