Are you an experienced CNC professional looking to take the next step into a leadership position? We are recruiting for a CNC Team Leader to join a growing manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong CNC machining experience who enjoys supporting and developing a small team while remaining hands‑on within production.
Location: Bexhill on Sea
Salary: £16.00 per hour
Job Type: 3 months with a possibility of going permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday - Rotating Shift Pattern

- Lead and support a small CNC production team to achieve quality and productivity targets
- Operate, programme and maintain CNC machinery
- Ensure production processes are followed correctly and efficiently
