The BusinessManagement and End User Services (BMEUS) department is looking for a highly motivated, dynamic, innovative Co-op Student to join our team to help us strive towards our vision.
Through this role, you will gain exposure to:
- Enterprise IT Service Management and IT Asset Management practices
- Asset lifecycle concepts (request, procure, deploy, manage, retire, dispose)
- Data quality, reporting, and basic analysis techniques
- ITSM platforms (e.g., ticketing systems, CMDBs, asset tools)
- Real world IT governance, compliance, and operational support
