Job Description
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00 (SA time)

About the Role
We are looking for confident and motivated Cold Callers/Sales Development Representatives to contact small and medium-sized businesses across South Africa and assess their interest in our AI Receptionist service.
The focus of this role is identifying business needs, not hard selling. Your goal is to understand whether a business is experiencing issues such as missed calls, lost bookings, administrative overload, or slow response times, and then schedule a diagnostic call with our team.
Key Performance Expectations
- Make approximately 150 outbound calls per day.
- Book 2–4 diagnostic calls per day.
