Role Overview
Pice is looking for an experienced Collection Manager to lead and strengthen the collections function for its Supply Chain Finance portfolio, specifically Purchase Invoice Discounting. The role will focus on managing delinquent accounts, reducing DPD levels, improving collection efficiency, and building a scalable in-house and outsourced collections framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor DPD (Days Past Due) cases across the Supply Chain Finance portfolio.
- Drive improvements in collection efficiency, recovery rates, and resolution timelines.
- Set up and manage an in-house collections team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
