About the Role
Lead and support our collections team handling motorcycle loan accounts.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and supervise a team of field collectors to achieve collection targets.
- Monitor daily collection activities and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and implement action plans to improve team productivity.
- Perform account monitoring, portfolio reviews, and delinquency management.
- Coordinate field collection activities and conduct client visits when necessary.
- Prepare and submit collection performance reports and recommendations to management.
- Investigate collection issues and resolve escalated borrower concerns.
