General Job Description:
Act as liaison between Color Manufacturing staff and Department Manager. Obtain instructions for daily duties from the Department Manager and communicate the same to production employees. Follow all safety procedures, understand all safety equipment, and adhere to company policies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promote, enforce, and comply with all Company policies and procedures. Follow up with performance concerns. Document and discipline as needed, and communicate employee issues to the Department Manager immediately.
