Commercial Account Executive
As a Commercial Account Executive, you will promote HUB’s full suite of insurance products and services and serve as an advisor to customers across all lines of coverage.
Day In The Life
- Effectively manage customer expectations
- Answer telephones and assist clients with coverage questions
- Communicate with company personnel regarding client needs or problems
- Understand agency rating and company rating systems and websites
- Negotiate with underwriters from other insurance companies on rates and coverage
- Follow‑up on requested changes, renewals, etc. with insurance companies
- Review and analyze claims and discuss with clients
- Discuss and explain coverage to clients
- Accounts receivable follow‑up
- New business and renewal sales presentations
- Close the deal – upsell / cross‑sell
