About the Role:
As a CBRE, Government & Defense Services Cleaning Supervisor, you are responsible for overseeing the work activities of cleaners within the site. You will supervise the staff responsible for ensuring a clean, orderly, and safe environment for employees and clients.
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks and cross-train staff.Schedule daily staff meetings and required in-service training sessions.Check cleaning equipment condition. Order cleaning supplies as needed. Ensure supplies are in a safe, secure area always.Coordinate and liaise with clients and employees.
