We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Estimator to join a well‑established and growing builder specializing in commercial building projects. This is a key role for someone who enjoys being deeply involved in the pre‑construction process and influencing project success from day one.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Solicit, review, and level subcontractor and supplier pricing
- Develop budgets, value engineering options, and risk assessments
- Collaborate with project management and leadership teams during pre‑construction
- Support bid strategy, scope reviews, and project hand offs
