What is my function?
- Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial finance framework, including mission definition, objectives, stakeholder mapping, and commercial agenda
- Serve as a key contributor to strategic pricing and portfolio planning in close collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams
- Build and evaluate pricing scenarios while supporting strategic decision-making through detailed financial business cases
- Drive the development of investment frameworks for marketing and sales initiatives, establishing relevant KPIs and conducting post-implementation reviews to measure success
- Support major investment assessments to help optimize the cost base and maximize value creation
- Act as a trusted business partner to Marketing and Sales, actively driving growth initiatives for Reduced Risk Products (RRP)
