Position: Fit Out Quantity Surveyor
Salary: PHP90,000-PHP140,000/month
Working Hours & Conditions: Mondays to Fridays; 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM AEST
OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a commercially-minded Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record in the Australian market. This role isn't just about counting tiles; it’s about managing the financial heartbeat of fast-paced office fit-outs, new builds, and educational facilities (schools). You’ll be the bridge between the design vision and the bottom line.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take-offs & BOQs: Measure digital drawings to create master shopping lists for everything from glass partitions to custom finishes in high-spec commercial spaces.
