Job Description
The Commercial Supervisor is responsible for Inside Sales and Customer Service teams leadership, daily activities planning and execution, ensuring CE adoption, hassle free service to customers and delivery of Essentra goals.This position requires engagement with other Essentra departments - like Finance and Supply Chain - detailed knowledge of technical sales, marketing processes and management of the entire sales cycle.It is 100% office job.
**Typical Accountabilities**:- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue sales targets.
- Supervise the sales team, guiding and monitoring individual and collective performance.
- Establish sales goals and monitor performance indicators (KPIs).
- Embed CE usage.
- Develop and implement sales campaigns to increase revenue and customer loyalty.
- Ensure that the team is aligned with the company's commercial policies and values.
