The Commission-Based Partnership & Client Acquisition Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Playa del Carmen, ROO, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for identifying, approaching, and securing new clients who require discreet, high‑touch home, pet, and space care services, with compensation primarily based on commission tied to successful client acquisition and partnership development.
Day‑to‑day work includes researching potential client segments, building targeted outreach lists, conducting discovery calls, and presenting tailored service offerings to high‑net‑worth individuals, creatives, and frequent travelers.
