**The day begins with receiving an RFQ from the engineering team and reviewing it to ensure all required documents are included, clear, and ready for release. Once validated, the RFQ is issued to contractors who you had been previously notified of the bid opportunity. Throughout the afternoon, attention shifts to receiving bids on another project and following up with contractors to review proposals for scope, schedule, and commercial alignment. In parallel, you are aligning closely with the project team and engineering to incorporate their technical feedback into these discussions and ensure a coordinated evaluation process.**
