At Warc Africa, we envision a future where Africa nourishes the world while its farmers become the stewards of its fertile soils. Our mission is straightforward: uplift farmers from poverty through regenerative farming practices.
With operations in Ghana, Sierra Leone, and Uganda, we have impacted over 100,000 lives, created thousands of rural jobs, and aim to empower one million farmers to generate hundreds of millions in income while becoming climate heroes.
Our model is already proving transformative: 95% of farmers report increased income, 97% receive more frequent payments, and 98% have reported an improved quality of life. Today, we work with nearly 40,000 farmers (40% women) through over 100 trading hubs across Ghana. All of these are only possible through the dedication and passion of a team of 250 from 16 countries.
