About the Position
Reporting to the Chief Building Official (CBO), the Community Development Systems Analyst will be responsible for maintaining, implementing, and troubleshooting the Community Development systems software (CDSS). This position provides essential application and technical support to the Planning, Building, and By-law Enforcement departments to ensure that digital service delivery, development application, building permit processing, building inspections, and municipal enforcement workflows are efficient, reliable, and continuously improved.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the Administration and maintenance of the Community Development Software, including user access, configuration, updates, and integration with other corporate systems.
- Provide front‑line troubleshooting and resolution for technical and user‑reported issues related to the operation of the systems software.
