Hamilton Urban Core Community Health Centre is hiring a Community Health Primary Care Physician for the Refuge Clinic in Hamilton, Ontario. This part-time position offers a chance to impact vulnerable populations through comprehensive care.
The role supports individuals and families experiencing complex health and social challenges, including immigrants, seniors, and those navigating homelessness. As part of a dynamic healthcare team, you will contribute to the delivery of primary care services and community health programs. This is a temporary position (0.5 FTE), dedicated to fostering health equity in the community.
