Monroe Group is looking for a Community Manager to join our team in Philadelphia, PA.
Responsibilities
- Leading and mentoring a dynamic team
- Developing and managing the budget
- Ensuring property is meeting KPI goals for Occupancy, Collections, Compliance, Asset and Budget Management
- Submitting necessary weekly/monthly reporting
- Ensuring that site teams deliver Safe, Decent and Sanitary Housing to all residents
- Performing all other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent (College Degree is preferred)
- Minimum of two (2) years as Community Manager
- Working knowledge of OneSite or Yardi Software
- English language proficiency (read, speak, and write)
- The ability to pass a full background check
