Become the Community Navigator for Métis families, ensuring access to cultural resources and academic support in a hybrid work setting. This full-time role focuses on empowering families through important service connections.
As the Métis Family Connections Program Navigator, you will facilitate connections and offer resources tailored to the needs of children and youth up to 18 years old. Your role includes community outreach, assessing family needs, and providing culturally safe support while engaging community partners in enhancing the Métis experience.
