Job Description
Elevate Indigenous community support with Ki-Low-Na Friendship Society in Kelowna. In this full-time role, you will manage programs focusing on housing, youth, and family services.
As the Programs Manager, you will directly report to the Executive Director and lead a range of community-based initiatives. Your experience will guide the planning and evaluation of services tailored to urban Indigenous families, ensuring they align with cultural safety principles. Effective management of relationships with various stakeholders and program delivery will be critical for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and evaluate child, youth, and family programs
• Mentor and support program teams in day-to-day operations
• Cultivate relationships with funders and community partners
• Monitor program outcomes and compliance with funding agreements
• Represent the Society at various community events
