Drive impactful community support at MODC as a Service Manager for an 18-month contract in Central Toronto, ON. Lead program delivery and manage resources for individuals with physical disabilities and seniors.
As a Service Manager, you will plan and implement programs enhancing efficiency and service delivery quality. Oversee recruitment, training, and evaluation of support service staff while managing operational effectiveness and financial resources. Your leadership will ensure the fulfillment of program objectives through strategic evaluations and team collaboration.
