Compassionate Patient Safety Observer

Dormont Manufacturing Co. is seeking a Patient Observer to provide constant observation and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for at-risk patients. You will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to assist with care-related tasks while maintaining confidentiality.

The role emphasizes observing patients, reporting changes to the RN, completing documentation, and maintaining BLS certification. A HS diploma or GED is required, with 0–1 year healthcare experience preferred.
