Overview
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Compensation team at Mercer, a Marsh business. This role will be based in the Toronto office preferred but will also consider Calgary, Edmonton, Halifax, London, Ottawa, Regina, Vancouver and Winnipeg. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Responsibilities
- Provide consulting services to senior management on a variety of remuneration issues, including competitiveness of pay, performance measurement, and governance and regulatory implications.
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts to deliver multiple compensation and total rewards projects on time and to a high standard.
- Conduct research and analysis to diagnose organizational issues and strategies, and to interpret industry and market trends related to compensation, total rewards, talent attraction/retention, and organizational goals.
